The 21-Day Race Challenge Is a simple way to get large groups of people learning a little bit about racism and oppression every day.
Features of the 21-Day Race Challenge Include:
• 21 days of personalized, custom-scheduled emails, automatically sent out to you or your staff.
• Each email starts out with an intro video by the one and only Crystal Egli (that's me!)
• Topics include: how to talk about race, uncovering Black history, insersectionality, the 4 I's of oppression, micro-aggressions, white fragility, bias, issues in the workplace, bystander intervention techniques, and more.
• Participants get a choice of watching a video or reading an article on the theme of the day, whichever works best for them.
• Daily Google Forms reporting for staff to give immediate feedback on the day's lesson, allowing you to see areas your organization as a whole could use additional training on.
• For organizations, we provide email campaign statistics on open rates and click rates, letting your organization know the engagement level of your staff.
• Ideas for incentivizing participation, such as, if your staff as a whole has an open-rate of over 90% by the end, they are rewarded with a 1/2 day off. This encourages your staff to check in with each other and hold each other accountable.
