Crystal Egli is the co-founder of InclusiveGuide.com, a business review site that has been described as “Yelp for inclusion.” Through Crystal Egli Consulting, LLC., Crystal is also a DEI consultant and keynote speaker with clients alumni such as Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities, Breckenridge Tourism Office, Snowsports Industries America, the Town of Erie, CO, GeoCache, and more.
Crystal currently serves as the board president for the national non-profit Hunters of Color, and is an active member of the Next 100 Coalition. Crystal served on the Governor’s Inclusivity in Tourism Advisory committee, and the Colorado Outdoor Equity Coalition. In 2019, Crystal received the inaugural DEI award from the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies, the Stephen Kellert Award, in recognition for her hard work over the past year in promoting inclusive marketing & public information and education efforts while working at Colorado Parks and Wildlife.
Crystal’s work on Inclusive Guide has also been recognized by the Denver Business Journal, winning one of their prestigious DEI awards in 2023, alongside her co-founder, Parker McMullen Bushman.

Parker’s background in the non-profit leadership, conservation, environmental education, and outdoor recreation fields spans over 24+ years.
Parker has a passion for equity and inclusion in outdoor spaces. Parker tackles these complex issues by addressing them through head-on activism and education. Parker has a Master of Natural Resources from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point, with a focus in Interpretation and Environmental Education. They lead several committees that focus on diversity in environmental fields as well as a presenter and trainer on diversity issues. They also sit on the board of Environmental Learning for Kids, Nation Association for Interpretation , and The Next 100 Coalition.
